About Us

A Little History

Established in 2014 by the Theodoropoulos family, Olympia Cafe has been bringing authentic Greek cuisine to the Melbourne community for over a decade. In 2025, the restaurant entered a new chapter under its current owners, who bring culinary expertise from a variety of backgrounds, with a special passion for Jamaican Island flavors.

While the beloved traditional Greek dishes remain, the menu now features an exciting fusion of Greek and Jamaican influences — blending the warmth and spice of the islands with the rich Mediterranean heritage that made Olympia Cafe a local favorite. Together, these flavors create a unique, multicultural dining experience unlike any other.

Our Chef

Greek & Jamiacan Cuisine

Born in Brooklyn, New York, Keisha Barrant grew up in Jamaica, where her grandmother taught her how to cook when she was eight years old. She relocated with her family to Palm Bay in 1991. Chef Barrant owns and operates Pebbles Catering & Event Design, an established and successful catering business in Brevard County.

Keisha is skilled in all kinds of cooking, but her native Caribbean dishes are her specialty. She now brings new Island Flavors, combining them with the traditional Greek dishes that Olympia Cafe has been known for, making a varied menu with dishes that are sure to please any palette.
